On Friday night 9 of us participated in the University Hospitals Dorset Charity Fund raiser for Breast Cancer which involved 300 walkers starting at Bournemouth Pier and walking either to Boscombe and back (5KM ) or to Southbourne and back (10KM).
It was a great atmosphere- there was a lot of pink and glitter involved and the support from onlookers was fantastic. Everyone was cheered as they crossed the finish line and so far £12,000 has been raised.
Shout out to Julie & Hannah who managed the 10km one !
