Celebration for the coronation

Belles May meeting was our opportunity to celebrate the coronation of King Charles III. We sang the national anthem and raised a toast, whilst enjoying a catch up with friends over a slice of delicious home made cake. Vanilla sponge decorated as a union jack flag and or coffee and walnut slice - both went down a treat - thanks to Hannah and Jenny Hermon. Our speakers entertained us with some local history relating to their experiences of adoption and being sisters.
